A registered psychologist, with a passion for developing psychosocially safe and healthy workplaces, Margi draws upon her extensive experience in driving continuous improvement through bottom-up culture change. Her focus on collaboration and co-design fosters psychological safety, relationship building, and opportunities for individual growth.

Margi’s systems capacity building approach encompasses a broad range of key areas such as monitoring and evaluation, work health and safety, diversity, equity and inclusion, team building, accreditation, and leadership development. With over 15 years’ of experience working with Aboriginal people in the Northern Territory, Margi prioritises culturally competent practices and cultural safety.
